The patient answers the form. Sylvia turns it into a structured pre-note, already in your EMR.

Scribe listens to the encounter and completes that pre-note in real time, instead of starting over.

You review, correct, sign. SOAP and Québec narrative formats.
The audio
Sylvia Scribe processes consultation audio in Canada. Audio recordings and verbatim transcripts are deleted once the clinician has reviewed and signed the note.
Pricing
Scribe is added to the Intake Assistant in the "Intake + Scribe" plan. Its price sits with the other plans, and you pick your plan when you request access.
