Your AI Medical Assistant

Terms of service

Last updatedJune 2026

This is a first version of these documents, published so the policies are available while they are finalized with legal counsel. For any privacy question, write to contact@allosylvia.ai.

These terms govern your use of the Sylvia website and, where applicable, the products and services provided by Sylvia Santé Inc. By using them you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You agree to use the website and products lawfully and only as permitted. Access to the products may require a separate service agreement between Sylvia and your clinic, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.

Not medical advice

Sylvia is a tool that supports clinicians; it does not practise medicine and does not replace professional clinical judgment. A qualified clinician is responsible for all clinical decisions and for reviewing any AI-generated output before it is used.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it without authorization.

Intellectual property

The Sylvia name, software, and content on this site are owned by Sylvia Santé Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Sylvia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Questions: contact@allosylvia.ai.
